How do I choose the location for my swimming pool?
Your swimming pool must have the best location. Its position in the garden is established according to several criteria: sunbath, privacy, wind direction, vegetation, access to the site, garden paths, your family size, fitting into the landscape.
It would be ideal to choose the sunniest location , so you can take a bath in the pool when it’s not very warm, too( beginning and end of season, in the morning or in the evening), it's better when the sun warms the water ..
You should avoid situations when the water’s surface is overshadowed by trees, fences or other constructions from the neighborhood. A tree curtain, a fence are used only as obstacles to avoid powerful winds and to reduce thus, the water evaporation - water cooling.
The trees near the pool represent a pollution agent for the water, not only because of the falling leaves but also because of the pollen and the insects and so on.
On a large land, you can hesitate whether to place your pool farther or closer to the house. All depends on your way of living, if you have children and you want to keep an eye on them , you need to place the pool close to your house.
Farther from home, the pool can become an attraction point if it has a mobile roof, a shower, a locker room and why not a barbecue and a summer kitchen.
Recommendations: the good taste requires the pool’s placement at 2.5-5m form the property’s border, especially if you can see "through the fence".
Is there a minimum surface area for the pool?
You just have to take into account the size of the water surface and that of the beach surrounding it. Don’t forget that the beauty of a pool is given equally by its surroundings.
Are there grounds "with problems", where to place a future pool?
Yes. The presence of underground water, although it cannot be seen, requires an underground draining, under the pool. You can also have a soil with too much stone and this requires a great effort to dig it.
What shape should I choose?
The answer depends on your wishes and on the equipment you want. The rectangular shapes are easier to maintain and to be equipped (it's important to keep that in mind if you want an automatic tarpaulin).

What depth should I choose?
You should take into account the use of the pool. A constant depth (the flat bottom) is ideal for a family use, fitting the best for playing in the water or getting relaxed.
A variable depth (slope bottom or compound-slope bottom) at a big pool, allows you to use it for jumping. No matter how deep it would be, it’s good to choose a smaller depth near the border, so you can stop swimming there. You can find the most appreciated depth suggestions in our "

What size should I choose?
Everything is possible, depending on your wishes. A pool with a big length is suitable for sports use. Small size is suitable for relaxation, small pools give a sensation of security and favors playing in the water, especially if the pool has a constant depth (1,3-1,35m).Small pools are also easy to heat and in Romania a heated pool is being used 2-3 months more than one without heat system.
What kind of equipment should I choose?
For a perfect fit in the setting, you need some equipment since the construction of the pool (the automatic tarpaulins, heating the water, the treatment with salt electrolysis or the automatic adjustment of some parameters of the water…).Do you wish to equip your pool in two stages? If so, then you should foresee from the beginning these elements and you should make the construction leaving some space for these, too. All these equipments are presented in the column "

Which is the best period to construct a swimming pool?
The swimming pool can be made in any season. But a serious builder must plan from due time (sometimes a few months before) the construction of a pool. If you want your pool to be ready in time, you should contact him in advance.
There is also a possibility of constructing the pool in two stages: in autumn you can do the disarranging works (digging, concrete) and in spring the „clean” works (finishes and installations).The time between autumn and spring, allows the ground to settle down and meanwhile you can arrange the green space and in summer you can benefit from a nice surrounding (grass, flowers, trees) all over your yard.
What is the budget for the functioning of a swimming pool?
This can vary from 300 and 500 € per season for maintenance (electricity, treating the water, draining) excluding the costs for heating.
How will I maintain my swimming pool?
Filtration is an essential element to maintain crystalline, pure water. This can be sized according to the water storage capacity, and the parts for the recirculation of the water are placed in such a manner, so that all the water in the pool can be re-circulated. Filtration with quartz sand is the most used procedure in the entire world, in order to assure high-quality water and a simple maintenance.

And what if I want to modify my swimming pool?

If you want to change "the look" of the swimming pool, this can be done with little bother, if it’s a swimming pool liner and not a pool with vitroceramics or sand stones.
Do swimming pools have a warranty? Do I have to ensure my swimming pool?
For 10 years our company is responsible for any structure problem, that might appear and you will receive a warranty certificate for this. All equipments have a double warranty: from us and from the manufacturer. But, in case of calamity, as for the house, you should contact an insurance company.
